The installer snapped a baby tree right at the base. This tree was in a little fenced off area clearly marked as a memorial to my husband. The tree growing was actually a living urn that had been planted with my husband's ash. The installer didn't acknowledge his damage and I tried to take it up with his boss at the local office but he would never return my phone calls. I paid $180. for this living urn system and the local office wouldn't even acknowledge it.

Looks impressive on TV ads, however cost of product and installation was more than expected (a lot). Installation was great, Sales pitch was great as well, however the initial quote for the installation was insane, but after the so-called discounts brought the price down. Still too high, so the salesperson made the final pitch before going out the door as usual. Did agree on the price, still higher than I expected. We have leaf filters on 2 houses now. I gave it an 8 because the leaves and pine needles do not dry and blow off my gutters as advertised. In spite of that the gutters and downspouts do not get clogged. That's why I had them installed on house number 2.

Had Leaf Filter get me a quote and I ended up signing a contract to get the their gutter protectors installed. During the process the salesman showed me photos of my gutters. However, when I inspected my gutters myself a couple days later. The photos he showed me had to be of some stock photos of bad gutters. As my gutters were nowhere close to the photos he showed me. I had LeafFilter installed on my roofline which is joined by the screened pool cage at the east end of my home. The area has been a collector of all debris from the trees of the preserve east of my home. My hope is to not to have to climb on my roof to clean out that gutter ever again.
