There is no way service done by a home improvement provider should be so frustrating. No matter how well the gutter filters work, a customer should not have to go through more than two months to get the job done right.

The installation crew did an outstanding job. They arrived on time. They did their work well paying careful attention to detail. Once complete, their lead man and I walked around the house to review all their work. Everything was just as it should be. I didn't find any faults. They completely cleaned their work area and left no trash or debris behind. I have been highly pleased by the quality of their work.

Seriously overpriced. Also aside from installing the gutter guards, the rest of the promised things weren't done. Nothing was adjusted, repaired or reconfigured. All the gutters, including the new section leak worse than before!

My experience has been terrible. I am not one who complains but at this price I felt I did not get my money's worth and that I needed to do something. To keep it simple; I watched them install the gutters. When I pointed out obvious failures, they reassured me that it was done right. When it first rained and I saw ALL the problems, I called and did not get a call back. So I called again and again, I did not get a call back. To start with the representitive gave me a price of $7700 for the total installation for 170 foot of guttering. ( gutters did not need replacment). This amounted to $49.29 per foot. After further discussion , and "discounts" a final price of $4632 for the total installation or $27.25 per foot. The first time they came out, they did not patch all the holes, they had to come back to do it. Since the job was high, I cannot see if there are more holes; I will find out at the end of the season.Their scheduling process was not very customer oriented; they cancelled the first time, rescheduled me without asking me about my availability of the date.
