We had called several times to reschedule the installation date but never got a call back. This is disappointing customer service. However, the team that showed up to install the eavestrough and filter did a very good job especially in the clean up

The whole process was quick and easy. I have had problems with the painters and roofers. LeafFilter, on time, professional, great quality. I am so pleased they look great. LOL so it's fall and leaves are falling. I look up and see leaves on my new roof...but wait...OMG no leaves on or in the gutters! Score!!

The salesman misrepresented quite a bit. (lied) For one, I repeatedly warned him that our steel roof shingles would break if not walked on properly. He assured me they wouldn't be on the roof and if there was any problem, they had lots of insurance and would fix it. The installers walked all over the roof and an inspection by a roofer indicated many broken tiles. I was told to send the estimate to 2 supervisors.
