The service was OK, but I was told when I bought LF that it would never need cleaning, which is false. It's OK, but quite expensive and has not lived up to that promise. I would not urge anyone else to buy it.
They were nice and friendly arrived actually early but that was ok with me and they cleared up after themselves
The product works great. Installer was professional and friendly. There were several issues which he fixed. He was kind enough to show me a picture of a broken shingle he found

October 28, 2023 I was shopping at Lowe’s for lights which were on the bottom shelf. I had to bend down to look at the item on the bottom shelf. Within a few minutes I noticed a person was standing very close to me, which startled me because they came out of nowhere, and were standing too close to me, almost behind me. Good product and great installer, but man, it's EXPENSIVE! $6,000 to do my one story ranch house.Anyway, I won't ever have to worry about climbing on a ladder again.

We had a rep come shortly after we contacted company to give us an estimation. He was friendly, polite knew his product and prices, gave us a good quote and contacted company who was to install it while he was here. Within couple of day the installer who was friendly,polite, knew his job and had all his equipment with him came and installed the product. So far we haven't had any problem with the product.
