I have NEVER heard of this company or sought them out for any business whatsoever. However, I am getting between 3-5 calls on a daily basis and voicemails. I have blocked every single number each time, and am always called back the next day from a different number. I do NOT know how they received my personal information, and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
When I purchased the leaf filter product I was told the product was warranted for life and transferable. However when I called customer service I was told I would be required to a $90.00 service fee. None of this was mentioned at time of purchased, well the warranty, was the repair fee was not.
The job done was professional and the workers where neat and friendly.

The Leaf Filter company responded to their warranty guarantee by performing the service as stated in their contract. The gutters were cleaned with no hesitation or questioning.
I liked the guy that installed my leaf protection. Quick and efficient and did a great job but the seams leak a little.

After meeting the representative from Leaf Filter I was confident that there was a more permanent solution to cleaning gutters and ice dams. He answered all my questions and provided comprehensive information. I agreed to proceed with the installation on the commercial side which would save me a few thousand dollars. There were caveats of day and color, but I was eager to have this project completed. Leaf Filter uses subcontractors which is typical for some companies. They were very late for the install, should have called ahead to advice that they were running late, otherwise the install was fast and professional
