Salesman came out and quoted us a price of $9500. When we declined that place after a few questions, he lowered it down to $7200. When we again told him we werent interested he said take your time to think about it and call me back tonight. When we did not call him back, he called us and miraculously when we told him we were no longer interested. He lowered his price to $2500. Does this sound like honesty? Were trying to rip off the elderly?

I have no issues with the tech who made my repairs and did the service at my home. My issue is with the customer service I received afterwards. I contacted customer service regarding my military service discount and that I never received it. I contacted customer service twice, and both times a message was sent to the local office and no one called me back. I still haven't received my military discount and would not refer services to anyone affiliated with the military as a result.

They were very professional. The salesperson knew his product and was very accommodating of my time. The installation people performed their job exceptionally well. My home has a better curbside presence.

Work output doesnt look like a work done by professionals. My front downspout not presentable at all. Back gutter doesnt catch water because its bend down!!!

They have a great product. Salesman are very knowledgeable and helpful to your situation. The only problem I had when installation came around. They sent a person to my home that didn't speak any English and when you want to have certain things done a certain way you may not get what you want because the communication isn't there between you and the installer. So if you go with this company make sure you get a person that speaks English.

The salesman lied about employees doing the work and another job falling through so he needed to get his employees work right away. He said it would only be employees doing the work and it was high pressure to make the decision fast. In reality he used a subcontractor to do the work. He lied to pressure the sale. He was unethical and I never would have purchased the product without discussing it with others, finding out I was way overcharged, but for his lies. Very unethical.
