an $11,000 headache & stress, not worth it!! the sales manager has no clue what is mentioned in their sales brochure. the subcontractors are less than professional. the work was shoddy and sloppy at best. they have to redo the job and it's still less than acceptable. these folks are more interested in collecting their money than the standards they have set for the job. their subcontractors are also clueless. what a concept!! i'm sure there are other companies out there that can lessen your headache compared to these folks. i... read more

The salesman told me LeafFilter used inside and outside miter gutters (prefabbed). The installer made his own 90 degree joints. When I called the salesman and asked why the difference; while I was talking to the salesman the call dropped. A couple minutes later the Ops manager called me to ask how can he help. He told me they no longer use prefabbed miters. The next day I called LeafFilter corporate. They looked up my job number. It stated the local office has gone away from using prefabbed miters. Very professional , friendly and knowledgeable and arrived as promised. After arrival he advised me that he saw the problem as I stated and he fixed problem in a timely manner.
My experience was great from initial contact to install. My installation expert was great. He kept me informed at every step in the process. I no longer worry about gutter maintenance.

Rated 8 out of 10. Would have rated a 10 but none of the installers spoke English. The supervisor spoke English but was not present at my house the whole time I was there in order to answer all my questions or concerns as the job progressed. Accordingly, over 20 ft of product was improperly installed and a service call was necessary to fix the collapsed section.

Salesman, ****, was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall experience was great. Had a couple of issues at the beginning of installation but one call to the office and everything was rectified. All the techs were pleasant and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of the day leaving no mess at all.

The product is excellent. The installation looks great. The installers need to do a better job of picking up the screws they use but otherwise the installation was excellent.
