Butch and Junior installed our leaf filters today and were fabulous. They were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this company to everyone. From Matthew the Rep and Butch and Junior the installers, they were all a pleasure.
Worst customer service after install. The system created a waterfall that made it one couldn't enter or exit during storms and washed out our mulch and lawn every storm. In the winter it created icedaming over our front entry door. LF customer service center rude and condescending every call to report problem not fixed every visit. Stated we would have to pay $100 service call every reservice for the problem they created. We never paid and we're never charged the $100 by local installer. From the presentation to the installation, my experience with replacing my gutter has been wonderful. The lifetime guaranteed means peace of mind for me. I dont have to concern myself with risking injury to clean the gutters. Thank you kindly.
