THEY PUT CAULK OVER OLD CAULKING, THEY DONT CHANGE OUT HANGERS AS THEY SHOULD, THEY MISS SCREWS AND DAMAGE ROOFS WITH THEIR LADDERS. THEN THE PRICE!!!!! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM, $38-$40 PER FOOT. Very professional installation. The two men worked diligently and carefully.
Since the company asked for reply I'm filling out more then just a 1 star. I don't know how they got my number but they have been massive spammers. I am not looking for leaf guards but I have gotten over 20 calls from them in the last week. They dont listen to the take me off your list either. I have blocked 4 different numbers and that's not counting the texts. Do everything possible to make sure these spam scammers never get your number or you will never get a moments peace. OUR SALES REP, DAVE BURKETT, WAS GREAT. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AS WELL AS OUR OPTIONS. HIS IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR, CONTACTED US TO SET UP THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WORK AND THE INSTALLERS DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH INSTALLATION AND CLEANUP.
