Leading Floral always comes through! My mom was in the hospital and my sister wanted to send flowers from another state. I told her about Leading Floral and how she could call direct and describe what she really wanted to be delivered and save on wire service fees. She called and the most beautiful flowers arrived! Will always use Family own businesses!!!Michelle saved us! We had placed an order on the 19th directly on line with FTD. The order would be delivered on the 24th between 9 and noon. On the 24th after 9am, My husband got an email, saying they tried for 3 days to CALL him about the order. Since they 'couldn't get a hold of him they canceled the order. My mother sent me a birthday bouquet on 2 May. What was delivered was nothing like the bouquet of roses and carnations picture she chose. Nor of the $40 value she paid. The 3 flower stalks were a cut bulb type in little water picks. These were stuck into a small pothos plant. They all drooped within 12 hours of delivery. Dead within 24 hours.
