We have an issue with a boiler not working and our point of contact with Leaders (Alfie Orvis) was very resolutive and capable and quickly handled the situation to call an engineer
PLEASE never let with Leaders (see photos). 1.) Our property was not cleaned when we moved Sep 2021. There was: - A DEAD RAT amongst piles of trash and old tenants items - A 3 month old full carton on milk inside flooded and rotten fridge. - Pots and pans filled with old ROTTEN food - Smashed tiles in the kitchen, MOULD all over bathroom and walls 2.) They constantly tried to scam us: we were coerced into a no-deposit scheme (£56 pcm lost), and almost into wifi and tenants insurance with companies they have ties with. 3.) Th... read more
