I would give zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a letting agency. Their process of handling repairs and basic communication is completely ineffective. From the very first day I moved in, I have not been able to use the shower due to ongoing defects and despite raising this issue repeatedly, it has been over a month and nothing has been resolved. Avoid at any cost!!!! Where to start ..... I live abroad and I trusted these people to rent and look after my property.The biggest mistake ever ! Never again and I would never recommend this estate agency to anyone.Landlords, be very careful who do you trust to manage your properties, as people like these are dangerous! I was sceptical at first when Leo Delaney promised that he had a buyer looking for a property like ours, but he delivered on his promises and offered a very competitive fee. He was always quick to respond to any issue that arose, always followed it up and explained what was happening or why there was a delay. I am very happy to recommend him.
