Had a great experience viewing properties with Gustavo, we found him very helpful and knowledgeable about his market and the properties. He didn’t hesitate to take us to view other flats that we didn’t schedule initially. We didn’t go ahead as we have decided to settle in another city but will definitely remember Leaders in the future!
Booked an appointment to view a property and they didn't bother to email me that it had been cancelled. Worst company ever! What annoys me the most is I had to travel over 2 hours to view the property. Not very impressed with this company. I would avoid.
DO NOT USE they use to manage my house rubbish company it was proven that my tenants were sub letting my property and that it was proven that they had broken there agreement leaders refused to help said there was nothing they could do I had to wait till they tenancy agreement had finished the tenants left my house in very bad way DO NOT USE

From the outset, the experience was completely unprofessional. I had pre-booked a property viewing and travelled a considerable distance at my own expense (approximately £50 in travel costs), only to be told by the agent (Katie) that the keys she had were not working.
