My partner and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Leaders. Specifically Thomas Overton, who took great care to make sure we knew what steps to take as first time renters, and navigated us through it thoroughly. Very fast responses and managed to help us secure a place in fourteen days. Very impressive.
Just obtained a rental through Leaders, Eloise was amazing from start to finish, we had a moving date on the 15th August, by Thurs mid morning we still didn't have a property to move to, Eloise went above and beyond to help is obtain our current property, for this we are eternally grateful, as we would of been homeless, as we were relocating, thankyou so much Eloise, as you knew and recognised how stressful it was for us, you helped us so much xxx
I couldn’t be happier with my moving experience! The process was smooth from start to finish—everything was handled with care and efficiency. A special shoutout to Lucy, who went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. She was organized, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire move. In the last year I have rented in a shared house in East Lincoln with Leaders. They got me moved in fast, so fair play. They also failed to respond to a rodent problem in the house. I chose the No Deposit Option and so was made to pay a monthly subscription on top of the rent for no reason whatsoever. They also bombard residents with pointless texts and emails. Real question: Do only scummy people become estate agents, or do regular people turn scummy once they become estate agents?
