It’s awful. Our fridge broke down, and we reported it to the property manager by email, then followed up with several calls - all of which were ignored. After a week, they finally arranged for an engineer to visit, who simply confirmed that the fridge needs to be replaced. It’s now been 14 days, and we still don’t have a working fridge. Completely unacceptable service and lack of communication.
