Opted for a no deposit scheme, left the flat cleaner than when we moved in there. Still got charged a £172 cleaning fee because we left some very useful plastic bags under the sink and there was a tiny bit of dust on a plug socket. No deposit scheme is when you pay extra each month in the knowing you won’t get that money back. It should be kept aside to use on pathetic stuff like this. Communication between letting agent and vendors a little lacking at times but this was probably due to the fact that the vendors were sisters with different contact details. Special thanks to Joshua Baldock who steered the boat steadily at all times - many thanks Josh.

Great for the landlords, terrible for the tenants. Wrongly accused me for breaking the contract several times without checking the terms and conditions. No apologies afterwards, just ridiculous allegations beyond the contract and pretend to be innocent every time.
