0 stars if possible. The manager is so arrogant he cannot bother to answer emails in times of distress. Not one of the staff had the decency to help regarding my issue which was easily solvable. The landlord is a poor excuse of a human being.

Leaders have dealt with my rental flat for over 12 years and apart from a few hiccups I have found them to be professional, friendly and responsive. I have had some lovely property managers, Coral, Marta and now Katy who is really efficient and responsive. Moz has also been extremely helpful and professional.
