Terrible estate agents that do not reply to emails. Very friendly and helpful the whole time they want your money but when it comes to refunding and doing their part they are not interested. Still waiting for a holding fee three weeks later and no response to any email sent reagarding this. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past I can honestly say I won’t be recommending Leaders to anyone I know.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Leaders. From the very beginning, they were helpful and quick to respond, which made the whole process of moving into my new home smooth and stress-free. Even after moving in, they’ve continued to be supportive and efficient whenever I’ve had any queries. A special thank you to Molly for her help throughout – she’s been fantastic!
