I commissioned Leaders Lettings, Portsmouth, to manage finding Tenants and setting up a Tenancy for a property I own. I was thoroughly impressed with the service at all levels. I was particularly impressed with Tom Wingham (MARLA, Senior Lettings Consultant) who provided continuous expert advice and gave me the confidence that the task was being progressed professionally and with regard to timescales and deadlines. I would use Leaders again without any doubt.
Leaders always provide a great service, their selection of tenants ensures that rents are at market value and tenancies as stress free as possible. In particular Hannah Willis is very professional and will go above and beyond to create a great experience.
We were impressed with Ruby's knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to help. She gave us everything we needed to know about the property, which was instrumental in our decision making process, and helped Leaders stand out against the other agencies we were working with to find a rental property.
