Me and my wife had a really good experience finding our new apartment with this agency. we were helped by Ella who helped us to find our apartment while we were still in another country, with this it could make it more challenging for her while we couldn’t attend to appointments. She was very quick to answer, any of our emails or phone calls. Once we arrived she has been very nice and friendly and she has been helpful towards us giving us lifts to bring all our suitcases at the apartment
As much as we’d like to give this branch a good review, we’re really struggling to do so after our recent experience. My partner and I viewed a property on a Friday after it was listed on Thursday. Initially, the communication was great - Ella was very responsive and liaising between us and the landlord. She confirmed the landlord had agreed to proceed with us and even gave us a proposed move-in date.
