Avoid this agency at all costs They are nothing but money looters. I was handed a house in a filthy, unacceptable state — dirty carpets, stained bathroom, oven grill left with old French fries, cupboards full of the previous tenants’ utensils, a broken dishwasher that never worked, and even a sofa full of animal fur under the cushions. DO NOT even think about going near Leaders Letting & Estate Agents unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and charged almost £1000 for no reason. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am honestly disgusted at how this company is even still in business.
