If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with leaders has been nothing short of appalling. We have endured over six months of unresolved issues at 28 Centenary Road, including a major water problem that was present before we even moved in. Rather than taking responsibility, they offered a laughable £50 between four tenants, a sum that doesn’t even begin to cover the significant rise in bills caused by their negligence. Time wasting, awful service. These letting agents won't provide you with details as they promise to, nor inform you when a property isn't available *the same day* you view it; too busy to have common courtesy or value your time. Don't reward them for this behaviour. Edit: leaving the same copy paste reply is utterly meaningless if you don't bring about change.

I would like to leave a stellar review for the whole team at leaders lemmington spa for their patience and help at lemmington spa branch of leaders estate agents. Especially Liam out property manage. We had a roung few months with job losses famy buisiness difficult and moving out into a relieves. Only to move back and resume the contract. We couldn't have got through it without them/him. And because of it my family (wife and child included) still have a roof over our heads.

Chelsea and the team at leaders were thourghly delightful to deal with. Few teething problems that we had to navigate through and the communication throughout was second to none. Couldn't have done it without you Chelsea! Thankyou

I would rate Leaders with zero stars if that were possible. My tenure at their property has been marked by persistent neglect, unprofessional conduct, and blatant disregard for tenant welfare. From the moment I moved in, I encountered unacceptable hygiene failures: used boxers were left in my room, creating an immediate and distressing health concern.I am questioning whether the room was even cleaned at all before I moved in.
