Harry helped us turn around a very unpleasant experience at another property to secure an amazing rental with Leaders…..and in record time. He pulled out all the stops to make the move happen within 10 days of first seeing the property. It could have been a stressful experience but he was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humour whilst juggling the process! They were willing to give us a chance and sent us a viewing despite us applying from longer distance. Harry was quick to communicate with us, was reassuring and made the process easy. My experience with many other agencies has been negative but Leaders in Hove were very professional
I had a very good experience so far with Leaders so far and mainly with Thomas while going through the process of renting. Thomas was very responsive and efficient. So far it was a good experience which is not always the case when you need to go through the process of applying for a place to rent.
