Property management is appalling. Moved into a rental property that was left in a disgusting state by the previous tenants and Leaders took no accountability. Not only was the property dirty but there were also several structural issues that are still being resolved two months after having moved in. The cherry on top of the cake is the fact that we were not provided with a mailbox key and Leaders are still refusing to take accountability and fix the issue. Communication is extremely slow and ineffective.
During my viewings, I found Alexander Moore to be extremely well-organised, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the homes and surrounding areas he showed me. I will always choose to work with him anytime!
