Had two viewing with Leia Moore. Was very friendly and accomodating of my availability. During the viewings was personabe and knowledgeable about the properties I was viewing, and very helpful in explaining my options and taking me through the renting process. Solid tenant experience so far.
Property management is awful after denying access for property inspection due to the time frame not being needed or an emergency and property manager agreeing to cancel yet still letting them selfs in with out consent, took 7 months to get a set of keys cut never want to answer the phone or just fob you off with a awful excuse chasing me for rent I’ve paid but they can’t place it due to there system issue even after providing proof hassing me for 4 weeks after with calls and emails where I keep telling them I’ve paid and sen... read more
I can't thank Alexander (Alex ), enough, he was straight to the point and very helpful. He rang when he promised to ring and kept us upto date. We will be moving in over three weeks but everything has been sorted out. Bravo ! 👍🏿👍🏿
