Although having a mare with our landlord regarding our deposit return, Rebecca part of the deposit team went above and beyond to help us and keeping us informed. Although we kept ringing for updates, she was always happy to help us. She fought for every penny for us, she was great.
22 days since moving out and still no deposit returned, despite the landlord confirming on day one (July 1st) that the full amount could be returned. We were model tenants — paid rent on time, left the property clean, and returned the keys promptly — yet we’ve been met with excuse after excuse, poor communication, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable and a clear breach of the legal 10-working-day limit. Avoid.
I am still waiting for the lawyer assigned by Lifetime legal to contact me.
The sales team at leaders have been absolutely outstanding, professional, understanding and courteous at every point in the process. Selling a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but Leaders have made the process so much easier for me
