Shannon and the rest of the team have been very helpful, friendly, supportive and informative throughout the process of helping me and my wife finding a new home. Very quick results with great communication and help through what can be a very confusing time (moving) .
Lauren was the first point of contact for two viewings and she helped set it up very swiftly. On the day, she gave us plenty of insight between the two viewings and also local area advice which was great food for thought in making my decision, as I would be moving into the area for my new role! Very easy to talk to and friendly, especially with all the questions I had asked her! I hope I can secure the listing she helped me with!
Had an offer accepted on October 2024 In July 2025 were told we should exchange by the end of July, it’s August now still not exchanged, ring daily and told some1 will ring you back which never happens
Lauren is an outstanding part of the leaders team I'm Buckingham so friendly and knowledgeable in her job it was so nice to have someone like Lauren to help me with choosing a place a live excellent work
I can't have any complaints, so far. They are obviously an experienced team, as the whole process was very fluid.
