I One of the best agents I’ve dealt with for lettings. Mark was very responsive and kept me updated and offered online viewings when possible. Unfortunately we couldn’t finalise a property but I would recommend them if looking for rentals around Bromsgrove
From the get go Leaders were quick to respond and professional - specifically Aimee Taylor! She showed me round the property and was extremely friendly. As this is our first time moving out we’ve had loads of questions and Aimee has answered all of them in a quick and friendly manor. Because of Aimee the process has been so smooth! Thank again Aimee! Probably the worst esate I have ever come across. They're nice to you until they've got you into a property but then afterwards are not. Alice from the estate agents is a very rude and arrogant person that shouldn't be in the job. Asking her simple questions gets you snobby replies and the way she has spoken to my partner on more than one occasion over the phone the woman is a tool.
