WOW. What a team that Jayne, Aaron and Mia make at Leaders in Bitterne in Southampton. I was a difficult case to place but, the whole team never gave up on me and went above and beyond from the get go for me. They are a superb team and I would HIGHLY reccommend them to either rent from or rent with.
The experience with the agent has been amazing. Prompt responses and readily available to help. Aaron from the get-go has been of immense help and counsel. Mia was wonderful. Polite and very professional, both of them. Thank you.

They were my letting agents for 7 years, in that time only 1 check was made on the property. The quotes they give for work needed (tap change, fence repair etc) are marked up considerably, it's a known fact with tradesmen that Leaders add on their own generous mark up, this is in addition to your monthly management fee. Would advise landlords check verbally all the charges they will make for outgoing and incoming tenants and then make your own decision.
