Great help throughout the whole process
Had the WORST experience with leaders end of tenancy. Paid for an EOT clean, flea treatment on the house (we had pets), and a carpet clean. We also repainted the WHOLE house, due to a couple of scuffs on walls which were wear and tear and told we wouldnt be charged for, just to try and help the landlord out. They then told us multiple things were dirty, ridiculous stuff like ‘dust on lampshade’. Amazing staff especially Emily and Becky and Dan. They worked above and beyond to get me into my flat at such short notice. Totally amazing.
We let a number of resi properties through Leaders and Eloise Panasiuk has been fantastic. Eloise keeps us updated with any changes, is swift to address problems, and is very professional. Eloise has a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude and is extremely helpful at all times.
