Really horrible experience with Leaders. I am not going to rent a house again with leaders. As when i left my rental house, i was charged with unnecessary claims for redecoration amounting to 300£, freezer drawer replacement for 168£ and cleaning charge of 180£. it took almost 3 months to get my deposit back after going through TDS. They are always biased towards landlord in claiming the money that i deposited. Finally going to the TDS i won all of my redecoration cost, freezer drawer replacement got 118£ back. Just had my inspection with Sam, she’s very kind and always makes us feel comfortable and always a good chat with her too.
Sam is always lovely to have visit our home, we have a child with additional needs who can sometimes struggle with new people in the house and she gives us plenty of notice when visiting! A fabulous lady 🌟
Sam has been to do a property inspection on my flat, Sam is fantastic at her job as she helped sort my broken fire alarm in my flat and has given me advice on the mould problem in my enclosed shower, Thank You Sam you are fantastic!
