Things seemed to start off well with Leadenhall law. However as time progressed the customer service experienced was awful and made our house selling and purchase process even more stressful than moving house already is. I engaged Leadenhall to represent me in the sale of a property, following a recommendation from the estate agent. Unfortunately, I now greatly regret that decision. The lead conveyancer, Michael McNally, demonstrated a lack of professionalism—initially ignoring my emails and later responding with personal reasons for the delay, citing that he was assisting his mother following a hip replacement.
