RecommendedBest place salesman Dan Lohan was so awesome
Do not come here. Getting them to do the paperwork to file the registration has been and still is a nightmare. They either sold us a car with a title issue, which is illegal, or someone was lazy and doesn’t want to do their job. We are now unable to drive our new truck because the temporary registration has expired and this still hasn’t been resolved. Our calls to the dealership go unanswered and unreturned. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Since I hear that it is illegal for a dealer to keep a deposit when you do not purchase a car, the return of the deposit would be nice. But if that 100.00 will make or break you KEEP IT !!!!!!!

Carbone Honda can't even keep their records straight. My father and I have the same name except for middle initial and whenever he makes an inquiry they relentlessly contact me instead of him and refuse to fix their own records. I highly doubt I will make any future purchase from them for this simple harassment that they REFUSE to fix over the course of over 10 years now. It was the very first time I had been to Carbone Honda. I did not buy my vehicle at Carbone Honda, yet when I went to have my car serviced because of a recall, they were very professional; especially Gino and Dane the service driver.
