after buying a used car and finding out a week later it needed a torque. converter and tires were worn ...front brakes pulsated and rotors rusty and glazed...along w wipers shredded.. when notified and spoke to service and used car Mgrs.. all they said was we did what needed to be done to pass inspection!! Love my car but recently had to drop it off at the collision center where I picked up a rental days before my part was even in to fix the car. It was minor bumper damage and when they told me they were still waiting for my bumper to come in, I already had a rental car paid out of pocket for five days. If they just told me when I dropped the car off that they were waiting on a bumper, I would have just drove my car until the part was actually ready and save myself hundreds on the rental fee.
