Recently I went through Honda to do a trade in on my lease and then sign onto a new lease. I had the absolute pleasure of consulting with Hieu! He made this trade in so easy for me and explained everything to me so simply I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. The service here is outstanding. The Service adviser was knowledgeable about my car and helped select the necessary maintenance. He kept me up to date about the wait time and let me know when the vehicle was done. I got a complete explanation of all the charges. Paying was completed quickly and I was on my way home.
Everyone I had dealt with (for my service) was absolutely fantastic. They were all eager and willing to help. I also feel that they truly appreciate your business. When I am ready to buy another Honda I will be dealing with these guys!!
$1 oil change and didn't try to get me to purchase more services.
Responsive sales people and skilled and courteous service people
Jasmin was helpful from the very beginning! I will for sure go back to Carbone and purchase a vehicle from these guys. Worth the 3 hour drive all the way! Both Jasmin and Jon in finance were incredibly kind and patient with all of my questions! Go see these guys for a new Honda!
They sell beautiful cars in very good conditions and also they are very attentive on costumers satisfaction.
I had my brakes done & the shop recommended to resurface the rotors & 2 months later (6,000) miles I had to replace the rotors (burned up) so I was basically out the $200 for resurfacing. I had the back & front brakes done resurfaced all the rotors & ended up replacing the back rotors for a total of over $900!!!!! The Service Mgr (Jim) would not come address the matter with me & left it up to rep to deliver “messages” .
