horrible company. I will NEVER buy from this company again. the sales and finance do not work together nor with the customers. no communication whatsoever. I'm highly disappointed with their service.

have purchased 10 cars there in the past 10 years. recently purchased a new 40k ridgeline on June 20th. I never recieved my registration. I called 2 weeks prior to expiration and they said they were sending it. I called few days before expired and said they were sending it and a rude rep gave attitude. I am at August 5th and afraid to drive my vehicle because the registration is expired.

No communication. They try and sell things you don’t need. When what you want them to do, they don’t want to do. Will not go back.

I just bought a car with Hieu Nguyen and he gave me the best deal possible! He made sure I got what i wanted and met all my needs while searching for a car. He even picked me up from my house which showed me he cares about the customers and meets them halfway. He also takes time with his customers and puts them first, calling to keep them informed and updated. I believe he is the best sales consultant that Carbone Honda of Yorkville has and I strongly recommend him! Thank you so much Hieu for all your help!

Service department is incredibly difficult to deal with, did not stand by letter I received from Honda. Will not buy from carbone Honda again, will go to Syracuse.

Waited today on phone over half hour for service department too make appointment and no answer ! Last few oil changes lacking customer service that the Name Of Carbone carried this new ownership will not be seeing this customer again ! I will share with all friends family - as Albany is only a short drive more from the valley - I liked using a local company supporting the community here but the new conglomerate has change they way they must value customer service .
