If you like being lied to and a dealership that doesn’t complete their end of the deal then this is the place to go. Way better dealerships out there then any Carbone establishment.

Terrible service dept. Tried to charge me to replace break calipers that were new. Gave me bad quote, final bill much higher, "oh we forgot to include the part on quote". Finally, told me they would check breaks for free but still charge me in the end... NEVER AGAIN
While I love my new car, I would not recommend Carbone. The process was painful. the salesman was all over the place. He did not have everything organized. He never actually gave me a tour of the car, he had me do it myself. He never explained any of the features the car has, he just told me to look it up. The financial manager was quick but he never explained to me how I even pay for the loan? or what any of the paperwork meant? I'm still trying to figure out how I'm supposed to pay for my loan. When I first entered the place it was with the intention that I would NOT be able to find or afford the car I wanted. My salesperson was Sandy Rolf. She was very pleasant and seemed to really listen to what I wanted. She did her very best and a half a week later I had my new 2020 Honda Civic leased. The 1st NEW car I've ever driven for myself (at 53 years old). I have been a loyal customer for 8 years. I am very upset for how I was treated. I was interested in another VW Jetta and the offer was horrible. I tried to talk to Tony there and he was so uninterested. I went to many other places. Carbone Honda was so much nicer....like how family would treat you. I got a better deal on a loaded Crv. I am very grateful.
Fast, easy and courteous service. They are all like a big family and work as a team.
Quick and easy process from start to finish. Even with the restrictions of covid went out of there way to make test driving and seeing the vehicle easy. Maria Cruz was professional from start to finish and went out of her way multiple times to make this easy for me being over an hour away.
