I completely hate when I'm being spoken down to and when not one but two sales people act like I have no idea what I am talking about or what I wanted. I walked in there with the intention of leasing an HRV and was being pressured into two other cars I had no interested in. I kept repeating myself that I wanted AWD and they kept trying to push me towards a FIT, no thanks! Hated my experience and will never deal here again, so I went next door and got another Jeep instead! One of the sales people btw was management! Poor sale... read more
Was there today horrible experience, felt like a mouse with hungry cats around me. Customer service was all about how much money they could squeeze out of you. One lie after another. Left there disgusted one star is too good for you!!
