2018 CRV 6 months old with a rotten bolt and rust running down paint and Honda told me they won't do anything about it.....great first time customer experience..

I have a 2010 Honda CRV that is covered under a Honda extended warranty due to a known issue of burning through oil. My car had no oil in it last year, I had them do an oil change, $55, and had my car go through an oil consumption test last fall - Checked the oil every 1000 miles. They said no oil was needed every time and test done. Now 3000 miles later, there is no oil in the car again. Had a great experience! I’ve always had my negative thoughts about car dealerships and the car business but this dealership definitely proved me wrong. General manager Jamision Frank along with his team mad the process a complete breeze. I have a busy schedule and live far away and they even brought the car to my house and dropped it off with a smile.
I had been dreading getting my airbag (factory recall for the 2010 Honda Cr-v) completed. I was once quoted (last year) it would take 8 hours to fix. I was pleasantly surprised when instead of taking an hour as quoted it only took 40 minutes! I was in/out and back to work. :) Thank you Carbone Honda.

Predatory, I have never before in my life been subjected to the high level of pressure. This was full court press, they went as far as to threaten me with 3 points of additional interest if I did not finance a 2 thousand dollar warranty. I spent all day and at the end they were dangling keys while threatening me. If I had a ride out of there, I would have, I ended up just signing it and then going back to demand a refund.
