If only I could give them 0 stars. The most condescending customer service from the service manager I could possibly imagine. After wasting hours of my time to have my oil levels tested on 3 occasions to see if my car was “consuming too much,” they can’t even do their job right and put the cap back on my oil tank? Wouldn’t be surprised if they lied about it burning too little oil to be fixed under warranty too. Would never recommend or give business to Carbone Honda again. Every single day I kick myself for buying a car from Carbone Honda of Yorkville . Nothing but terrible service, false information and broken promises. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
I recently purchased a 2017 CRV EX-L with excellent help from Alex Rondon. He spent a great deal of time explaining all the features of the car. They didn't have the color I wanted but were able to locate one and delivered it to me that evening. I was very impressed with this particular service.
