This is a follow-up to my wife Lorry's post below; Sadly, Carbone, we are still awaiting "the rest of our deal" to be completed satisfactorily. Since last week, I've been trying to contact Jeffrey M. through more private means than Facebook (text, e-mail, AND phone) to arrange an appointment to schedule the agreed-upon work to NO AVAIL. lies & bad deals. Save yourself the stress. Go to Albany. I bought 3 new cars from Carbone but after the last deal I will drive to Albany. wouldnt buy a thing from Carbone ever again! Love my Honda. Will probably always own a Honda. Will never go back to Carbone
Help. We have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for "paperwork" to pick up a used car we are purchasing. If only there was something like a computer here to make this process quicker...or sales staff who bothered to keep us informed...or paperwork that was correct in the first place.... But. No. Here. We. Sit. I'm growing a beard, here, people!

seriosly furious with the finance manager. you lost a sale and dont even care. seriously bad bussiness. to Jason I apopologize I know there was no commission in it for you but you still tried to help us. thank You Josh wont forget the experience and tears you caused me thanks. will continue my search for a vehicle in the mean time remember I wont give up till I talk to the man in charge, pised off the wrong person is all I can say.
Took my car to get fixed, my bill raised from $ 200-1,000... In 3 days finally sat in my car to go home my check engine was on as i was driving, i went back and told the workers i came in with no check engine light on and im leaving with it on and $1000 gone and the guy says well thats why we told you that you needed more things fixed, i almost cried how mad i was, im never going back, customer service sucks, you guys should smile more often!!!
