When I walked in I was greeted by Danielle. She wasn't pushy. Advised her wanted to know what I could get for trade on my vehicle. She went right to helping me. I ended up getting a 2012 Honda CRV and I absolutely love it and they did really good by me on my trade in vehicle. Ed was also a great help with financing. Great people. Never felt overwhelmed or pushed into anything I didn't want. Would definately recommend them to everyone.
This is by far the worst dealership around. EVERYONE is deceiving nothing but liars. The cars are crap I will NEVER deal with them again. (They don’t even deserve the ONE star)
Went for my oil change and was very happy, the people are friendly and while u wait they have coffee, tea, soup. They have a tray of doughnuts, half moons and they are fresh. The service did not take a long time. I use to have a Rav4 and when I went to have a oil change I was there for hours and I had a appointment. Really happy with Honda.
My 75 year old mother bought a car from you guys in July and the battery is already bad and you wouldn’t cover it and give the woman a battery.... well my wife was looking at vehicles through you but not anymore and my next truck was going to be a 50,000 dollar purchase but you guys blew that over a simple battery keep up the awesome work and while you’re at it change your name you’re not even owned by Carbone anymore
If i could give 0 stars i would. Walked in with preapproval and still dicked me around for two months, was told brakes would be serviced before delivery. Went to finally get vehicle and it wasnt even detailed, not washed, oil change not done, brakes not done, speedometer light out (complained about light after still never fixed), walked in and was basically stopped at the door being told keys were in it, have a nice day. Left keys in ignition in parking lot and said nothing more to me. Totally rude and unprofessional.
