Friendly and very professional service. Before I started going to Lauren I was suffering from back, leg and hip pain. I now attend a monthly massage with Lauren which helps reduce my sciatic nerve flare ups and has lowered my pain level and increased my mobility. She is extremely helpful and has suggested stretches I can do in between massages to help. Highly recommend.
