Came here for brunch with my family, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The waitress told me they didn’t have strawberry matcha, even though I’ve ordered it here before. I then ordered a chia pudding, which oddly included the same strawberry syrup they use for the strawberry matcha. I was also charged an additional $3.50 to add one egg to my egg scramble, bringing the total to $18 for just four scrambled eggs — no toast and no potatoes included, which felt unreasonable. I normally order quiche & salad. I also like the sunny side breakfast bowl. The restaurant is good for doing some reading, or computer work inside or outside.
Good food, but the past few times I have been there the service has been HORRIBLE! The servers just walk right past us without stopping to check on us or even looking our direction. The manager is young and not helpful at all when I complained. Nothing changed the next time I went it. The lack of work ethic with this new generation is so disappointing!
We visited this place 3 times. The first time, super slow service. Second time, same thing. Third and last try, we were hoping to have better results, but same thing, unfortunately. When you walk in, no one greets you, even if they see you. As a customer, it is not a good feeling to feel as if you are invisible.
