Ali has been professional and knowledgeable throughout my physio for groin strain & tear. Highly recommend him. Also highly recommend the care, skill and attentiveness of Elissar for sports and deep tissue massage. She helped my pain in one session. She was gentle, thorough and professional especially as I was nervous about massage in the groin area but she put me at ease instantly. Great team. Thank you.
Mo Offeh is a great therapist and I totally recommend him personally and LDN physio as well. I am doing sports massage to help in the recovery of my triathlon preparation. He is very helpful, with a lot of information and insight. Also, he is a really nice guy and fun to be around.
Amazing massages from Mo - have had both relaxing and deep tissue sessions to help with recovery from injury and generally make me feel like a better person.
Excellent deep tissue massage, released all the tension in my neck and shoulders.
