LD Products' Customer Service is perfect! If there's a problem they solve it, period. Why other companies don't wise up and and do the same is beyond me.
I drove from Lompoc, CA. The products I was delivered were faulty and unable to be recognized by my printer. This was after receiving the wrong cartridges. No big deal. I drive to Los Angeles on 12/1/18 for other business. I call LD 11/30/18 to confirm hours. We’re 7-4 on Saturdays. The door sign says 7-3:30. We were ON TIME on 12/1/2018. Only to find a sign on the door that the business was closed at 2:30 pm. That would have been nice to know when we called 11/30/18 to inquire about 12/1/18. Telephone conversation with LD Products customer service representative about 64XL color and black ink cartridges. Just inserted these two cartridges today. Color cartridge level is full and black is only 3/4's full. Called to inform them of this situation. Provided the Amazon order number and they were able to identify this order. I was sent the wrong ink due to a glich in your software that changed my printer number and now I have to pay for shipping because you wont send me a labeling. Also the same product is $20.00 cheaper at Amazon for my ink. Horrible customer service. The supervisor wont even get on the phone to make it right!!! Never every buy from this company.
I asked LD Products where I could post a review that would do them the MOST good...so, here goes: I've been buying printing supplies from LD for years and have recommended them to a number of friends and business colleagues (all of whom have thanked me.) Their prices are more than competitive, their "compatible" products are as good as, or, in some case, better than OEM. And their technical and customer support is excellent. In a word --> OUTSTANDING!
So initially I only gave this company one star because I was double charged due to a problem with the website. PayPal refused to help, but finally, today, I was able to get someone on the phone at LD Products who checked into things and was able to get a refund issued. I truly appreciate the help. I have referred this company to many people and hope to continue to do business with them for a long time. Thank you for the help!
Not happy at all withLD Products, sure I paid half the price of a Brothers toner cartridge but I get half the quality. When I called customers service, they really had no answers to my problems with their product, poor customer service. I will not return.
