Don't order quantity packages unless you use a lot of ink fast. I'm stuck with three black and one color cartridge ''unopened" that I can't use because they are "too old"! Apparently LD has a chip installed to tell your printer that after a certain time frame it shouldn't acknowledge it. This is crap!!!! I also have one supposedly "empty" color cartridge that I kept from the last time I had to change it that has leaked a lot of ink all over the bag I put it in. Today i had a problem with the color of my print jobs. Called the customer service number,what a great experience. No long wait on hold waiting for a rep, a rep that actually spoke English that was understandable( sounded like the girl next door). Not only was she understandable she new what the problem was. She offered to replace all of the cartridges I bought on my last order but she was sure it was the yellow cartridge causing the problem. It was and shipped me a new one. Best CS I've I have experienced in a long time.
