RecommendedI've dealt with a lot of e-comm ordering though Amazon etc. The Customer Service team at LD Products is a responsive top notch group of individuals. I had several problems with my HP printer and they could not have been more helpful in resolving them. With the Brother black and white, the ink lasts and lasts .. This is WHY you miss me .. Color ink would be a different story.
Don’t purchase their products from retailers because the company will not stand by any defects. They will refer you back to the retailer and if outside the return window, you are stuck with defective product (that claims to have a lifetime warranty, that’s crap). And yes I have my proof of purchase. Just spent over an hour between the retailer and this company and was basically told there’s nothing either of them can do. But from HP because defective items will be replaced.
