They shipped late, they shipped slow, and they didn't bother to even send a shipping confirmation notice. Will never purchase from them again - I already regret my order!
First, improve the quality of their product so that 2 out of 4 toner cartridger are not unusable. Second, when someone has a defective cartridge either provide a refund or provide a shipping label and do not make it more expensive to return the defective cartridge than what they will get back.

My last couple of orders have had mistakes in content and ink boxes were crushed on some of them. My most current order from Dec 2019 the ink seemed watered down and when installing BRAND NEW cartridges my printer kept saying the ink was empty. These had the chip just like the Canon ones do and have worked in past years but not anymore. VERY bad quality cartridges. I just bought Canon originals ones and back to printing beautifully! Will not order anymore from them I am afraid! 😞
I placed an order with this company over a week ago. The ink was back ordered. No response. I checked the nest day and it says the order was cancelled. I still have the charge on my card and this company refuses to respond. BEWARE!!
