I have no idea what LD Products is doing different or that China is doing something different with your ink cartridges now, but after two sent back .........I was done and went to Office Depot purchase same product and NO PROBLEM with their cartridge....Hopefully down the road things improve with this product 62XL but for now...........disappointed !!! LD should honor lifetime warranty, which based on my recent experience, they don't. My cartridge leaked and they would do nothing. Lifetime to them is only a few months. Going back to Epson. Terry PSC

Try being honest. That would be a change for the better.

Get us a toner cartridge that does not leak toner all over our paper.
Excellent service! I had an issue regarding a printer cartridge I purchased and there being a problem with it working after an upgrade to the firmware made by the printer manufacturer and the were super responsive and helped me address it.
LD customer service is top-rated! I had a problem with a drum for my Brother printer, and after tech support on the phone didn't work, they sent me out a brand new drum unit, arriving the next day, which works perfectly!! Thanks, LD-much appreciated!
