Where to start! To be in the yard for 7am and drop your trailer off AFTER 4:30pm but only get paid 8-4:30pm, horribly managed, 2 pairs of gloves for the month, incorrect PPE for winter work. All the boss Chris Polhen cares about is you making him money and getting numbers down, greediest man I’ve ever met. To be fair the only decent part of working with LDC is no drug test & the people you meet even though half of them are out their head, but it’s a laugh nonetheless.
