I was not at all happy with the performance of LCL on the building that they refurbished for me in Ripon. The quality of their workmanship was very poor. They did not keep to the timescales. The painting they did already looks shabby after six months - it's flaking off the walls. We have been trying to get a report document from them and they just ignore us - we must have asked ten times.
