We travelled up to view a car which we hoped to take away on the day. Unfortunately it needed a repair so Grant agreed to travel over 60 miles to deliver it to us later in the week. We bought a Volvo xc90 end of September 2025. It has cost us a lot of money in repairs. We bought an extended warranty. DO NOT buy the warranty that they try to sell. It clearly states certain things are covered, for example a driveshaft. However they do not cover items unless they completely fail! You have to wait to breakdown before they will cover items, even if your car is making an horrendous noise. How unsafe is that? And has the potential to cause more problems if it completely breaks. We bought an 18-plate XC60 from LCD - we paid with cash and part exchanged our car . The buying experience was extremely easy - Grant was particularly helpful despite it being during the holiday between Christmas and New Year. .
